Christy Logue, Esquire.

Christy A. Logue, Esquire, is a Clarion County native who earned her undergraduate degree from Clarion University before going on to graduate from Duquesne University School of Law. Following law school, Christy returned to Clarion to build both her career and her life in the community that shaped her. She began her legal career at Seidle Law, P.C. and is now a Partner at Logue & Urik, P.C. Christy is active in the community, serving on the Immaculate Conception Finance Council, Clarion Vocational Services Board, Clarion County Community Foundation, and Clarion Blueprint Community, Inc., and as Vice President of Clarion Borough Council. In her free time, she can often be found enjoying a good cup of coffee with her Border Collie, Max, never far from her side.

Ashley Urik

Ashley attended Clarion University where she graduated summa cum laude with bachelor’s degrees in both English and Spanish. Ashley thereafter attended Duquesne University School of Law where she graduated summa cum laude in 2013 and was thereafter admitted to the Pennsylvania bar. Following law school, Ashley worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert B. Coonin and the Honorable Arlene Coppadge in the family court of New Castle County, Delaware. Ashley returned to Clarion in 2014 to work as an associate at Seidle Law, P.C. In 2019, Ashley formed Logue & Urik, P.C. with law partner, Christy Logue. Ashley currently serves as the Solicitor for Clarion County Children and Youth Services as well as Clarion County Juvenile Public Defender. Ashley’s primary areas of practice consist of Estate Administration, Estate Planning and Family Law.

We represent both buyers, sellers and commercial real estate investors. We assist all parties in the real estate process from start to finish, drafting agreement of sales, deeds, working with banks, acting as an escrow and closing agent.

Estate Planning & Administration

We help you establish which estate planning documents best fit your individual needs and will draft documents including wills, powers of attorneys, living wills, and trusts. Our firm will also aid you in all steps associated with handling your deceased loved one's estate administration.

Corporate Law

Our firm assists business owners in setting up corporate entities such as for-profit corporations, non-profit corporations, professional corporations and limited liability companies.

Municipal Law

Our firm currently represents many municipalities throughout Clarion County and is also Solicitor for Clarion Area School District.
